Stay Steel is a Structural Engineering Practice based in London specialized in providing a wide range of residential architecture and engineering services at a very competitive and convenient cost. Unlike most architect practices, we stand out because we have a team of in-house engineers that look after your project and provide structural calculations, improving the design & build workflow and customer service, saving our clients significant sums as a result. We know that working with traditional architects is a slow process, we also know that they typically charge 7-10% of the build cost for their services and they don't provide Structural Engineering and they don't help builders in their questions about the design. Our vision is to make renovating/extending/converting clients' houses is affordable and we aim to make the whole process stress-free and enjoyable for all our clients.
